Participation rights for Events are sold by Georgian Ophthalmological Society (GOS) to purchasers through our website www.igos.ge.
Each participation right you purchase from GOS through website www.igos.ge. is intended to give you right to: attend sessions; access exhibition areas, get congress materials (badge, bag, Program Handbook), attend coffee breaks and lunch Symposiums
You must provide passport to gain entry to the meeting Venue
Participation rights are not transferable and cannot be resold or offered for resale or used for commercial purposes

Cancellation Policy

Requests by a Participant to cancel or change a Participation may be submitted in writing or by email to igosgeorgia@gmail.com. Georgian Ophthalmological Society (GOS) may grant such a request on condition that the Applicant in any event pays the subsequent cancellation fee, which is based on a fixed percentage of the Participation Costs:
  • upon cancellation in the period from 180 to 61days before the first build-up day of the Event: 25% of the Participation Costs;
  • upon cancellation in the period from 60 to 31 days before the first build-up day of the Event: 50% of the Participation Costs;
  • upon cancellation in the period from 30 to 8 days before the first build-up day of the Event: 75% of the Participation Costs;
  • upon cancellation in the period up to and including 7 days before event day will not be eligible for a refund.

Privacy

Georgian Ophthalmological Society (GOS) is responsible for compliance with all applicable Privacy Legislation, from the moment it receives Personal Data from Participant
Georgian Ophthalmological Society (GOS) will process the Personal Data carefully and in accordance with the applicable Privacy Legislation.
Georgian Ophthalmological Society (GOS) will under no circumstances and in no way provide this Personal Data to third parties, unless this is necessary for performing the services or when legally obliged.
Participant will inform Georgian Ophthalmological Society (GOS) immediately if the participant detects or reasonably suspects that a data security breach has occurred with regard to the Personal Data
